Agribusiness
Formerly focused mainly on sugar cane cultivation in Bel Ombre, Agrïa has evolved to embrace diversified agriculture: growing pineapples, coffee, and hearts of palm, producing turf, and breeding and processing game. Activities tailored to the region and deeply rooted in local know-how.
Eco-Tourism
Our ecotourism offer showcases the richness of southwest Mauritius: from the iconic Seven Colored Earth and the panoramic Chamarel restaurant to the intimate lodges of Fédérica and Case Noyale. The Bel Ombre Nature Reserve invites adventure through hiking, scenic trails, mountain biking, and buggy or quad rides, while the Shell Museum and the emblematic Château de Bel Ombre celebrate the region’s natural and cultural heritage.
Investment
A major player in southwest Mauritius, Agrïa shapes the region through residential real estate projects and rental spaces, including Place du Moulin. With more than 1,300 hectares available, we are paving the way for exceptional real estate development — sustainable and seamlessly integrated into nature.
